Quincy Roche plays football professionally and is an outside linebacker for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He stands 1.91 m tall and weighs 111 kg. He played tight end and defensive end in high school football at New Town High School, where he attended. He made a commitment to play collegiate football at Temple University after high school.
From 2016 to 2019, he played collegiate football for the Temple Owls. During that time, he made 137 tackles and 26 sacks. He was chosen as an All-American by Sports Illustrated after recording 13 sacks in 2019, and the American Athletic Conference named him defensive player of the year.
Before the 2020 season began, he switched institutions, enrolling in the University of Miami, where he joined the Miami Hurricanes football team. The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Roche in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft as their 216th overall pick. In May 2021, he signed a four-year rookie contract after committing to the Steelers. He received a termination on August 31, 2021.
After being put on waivers, he was later claimed by the New York Giants. The following day, he joined the Giants practice squad after being released in August 2022. On September 10, 2022, he was elevated from the practice squad in time to play against the Tennessee Titans in the opening week.
