Jashaun Corbin, who was born and raised in Rockledge, Florida, was signed by the New York Giants after going undrafted in the 2022 NFL draft.
He began his high school education at Rockledge High School in Rockledge, Florida, and completed it at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy in Melbourne, Florida.
In high school, Jashaun Corbin made a football commitment to FSU. Corbin was a three-star prospect and the No. 8 all-purpose back and No. 383 player overall when he committed to FSU. He was also regarded as a three-star recruit by 247Sports.
He contributed to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy’s football team’s 6-3A runner-up result in 2015 as a sophomore while rushing for 1,865 yards and receiving 19 receptions for 345 yards, which is just one of Corbin’s high school football accomplishments.
Corbin enrolled at Texas A&M to begin his undergraduate career before transferring to FSU.
Prior to joining FSU, Corbin played in 14 games for Texas A&M, compiling 1,025 all-purpose yards from 483 rushes, 441 kickoff returns, and 101 receptions. He got off to a fast start in 2019 by starting two games, but an injury ended his year early.
At Florida State University, Corbin made eight starts in the nine games he played. He had a total of 401 yards and five touchdowns on 81 carries 115 yards receiving, and 32 yards on two kickoff returns.
