Henry Mondeaux was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2018. The former Oregon Ducks defensive end is in his fifth season in the NFL.
He spent a season on the New Orleans Saints practice squad. He was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent in the 2019 season.
In his five years in the NFL, he has played for five teams including Pittsburgh Steelers (2019–2021). He is currently with the New York Giants.
Mondeaux had a successful four-year college career at the University of Oregon. But before Oregon, Mondeaux gained notoriety prior to his enrollment at the University for his skill on the offensive side of the ball.
During his time as a high school athlete, he exhibited the agility necessary to play the positions of tight end, fullback, defensive end, and linebacker.

Mondeaux also had a total of 12 receptions for 223 yards and two touchdowns, in addition to two carries for 19 yards and two touchdowns during his senior season on the football team.
He was also named Player of the Year in the Metro League in 2013, earned first-team all-state laurels at tight end in both his junior and senior seasons,
