Henry Mondeaux is a defensive end with the New York Giants of the National Football League. He is 1.93 meters tall and 127 kilograms. He attended Jesuit High School and competed for the University of Oregon’s Oregon Ducks in NCAA football. Before being signed as an undrafted free agent by the New Orleans Saints in May 2018, Mondeaux played four years of college football at Oregon.

He was cut in September before being signed to the practice squad in December, where he spent the rest of the season. He committed to the Kansas City Chiefs in January 2019 under a reserve/future deal. After a tryout, he signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers in May 2019. On August 31, he was released from his contract.

In December 2019, he re-signed with the Steelers on a reserve/future contract, but on September 5, 2020, he was released and later added to the practice squad. On September 3, 2021, he was released by the Steelers and re-signed to the practice squad. He was included in the active roster on September 20, 2021, as a result of an injury to Tyson Alualu. On October 23, he was included on the list of participants.
