Landon Dickerson, an NFL guard, competes for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He is 151 kg tall and 1.98 meters wide. He played high school football while attending South Caldwell High School before enrolling at Hickory High School. As a high school senior, he competed in the Under Armour All-America Game and was selected for the first team All-State.
In spite of receiving offers from other colleges, the four-star recruit chose Florida State. His football squad at Florida State University was the Seminoles. He became the first true freshman offensive lineman since Jamie Dukes in 1982 when he was selected as the Seminoles’ starting right guard during training camp.
He chose to transfer as a graduate transfer to Alabama for his remaining two seasons of NCAA eligibility after spending three seasons there. He was selected as the starting right guard for the Crimson Tide at Alabama before to the commencement of the team’s inaugural season. He was switched to center after four games and earned second-team SEC honors.
With the 37th overall choice in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles selected Dickerson. He committed to the Eagles in July 2021, when he signed a four-year rookie deal. He was added to the COVID list in December 2021 and removed from it on December 24 of the same year.
