T.J. Edwards, a linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, was born on August 12, 1996. In Wisconsin, he played collegiate football. At Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa, Illinois, Edwards participated in quarterbacking.
He participated in three games at Safety during his senior year. He recorded 20 tackles, 2 TFLs, 2 sacks, and an interception in his three defensive games. While attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Edwards participated in football as an inside linebacker for the Wisconsin Badgers.
Despite being a quarterback in high school, he was recruited as a defensive player for college football. Edwards had a commitment to Western Michigan at first. After going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft, Edwards signed a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles on May 9.
