Brandon Graham played football for the Police Athletic League Detroit Giants for seven years prior to joining the eighth-grade squad.
Graham, who was born and raised in Detroit, attended Crockett Vocational Tech, a school that first participated in MHSAA football games in 1996 but lacked a functional locker room until Graham transferred there during his final year.
