“Boobie Miles” Miles Adam Sanders, a running back with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, was born on May 1, 1997. In the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Eagles selected him after he played college football for Penn State.
Miles attended the elite Woodland Hills High School in his hometown of Swissvale, Pennsylvania, where he was a three-year starting running back. Swissvale is a borough located 9 miles east of Pittsburgh’s downtown.
Sanders chose Penn State over a plethora of other offers, including the Pittsburgh Panthers in his hometown, after winning Pennsylvania’s Mr. Football award during his senior year and attending the Under Armour All-America Game.

Against the Washington Redskins in Week 1, Sanders made his NFL debut. Sanders ran for 25 yards on 11 carries during the Eagles’ 32-27 victory. In Week 6’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, Sanders gained six yards on three carries and 86 yards and a touchdown on three receptions.
On October 2, 2022, Sanders ran for 134 yards and two touchdowns to help the Eagles defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars 29-21 and improve to 4-0 on the year.
