The National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles have Brett Toth on their roster as an offensive tackle. At 1.98 m tall and 138 kg, he is also quite tall. He graduated from West Ashley High School, played college football for the Army Black Knights at the United States Military Academy, and participated in the 2018 East-West Shrine Game there.

In his final year, he ran 785 times while only attempting 65 forward passes. For the 2018 Black Knights, he worked as a graduate assistant. He completed the engineering officer training, which allowed him to advance to the position of platoon leader. He missed all of training camp as well as two preseason games before signing a three-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles in August 2019.

After the Eagles released him at the end of the preseason in 2019, the Cardinals snatched him up off waivers. In Week 6 of the following year, when the Eagles claimed him off waivers in October 2020, he played his first game in the NFL. In November 2021, he was cut by the Eagles and re-signed to the practice squad. He was added to the active roster on November 30.

He played center more frequently in week 17. However, he suffered a knee injury in the second quarter, and by January 2022, he had been put on injured reserve. He was added to the Active/PUP list in July and then, in August 2022, to the reserve list to start the season.
