Wide receiver Greg Ward plays for the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles. He graduated in 2013 while playing football at John Tyler High School, which he also attended. He rushed for 861 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior, adding to his 4,202 passing yards and 39 passing touchdowns. He was also named Texas High School Football Player of the Year.
He ran for 1,212 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground in his junior season while also throwing for 3,596 yards and 32 scores. He had eight touchdowns while recording 53 receptions for 667 yards as a wide receiver during his sophomore season. The Houston Cougars were his collegiate football team while he was a student at the University of Houston.

Ward joined the Philadelphia Eagles on May 11, 2017, after agreeing to a non-draft free agent deal. He committed to the San Antonio Commanders of the AAF in January 2019. Ward re-signed with the Eagles for one season in April 2019. He extended his deal with the team for one additional year on March 15, 2022.
