Marvin Wilson entered the National Football League as an undrafted free agent with the Cleveland Browns in 2021. He is currently with the Philadelphia Eagles and has since then demonstrated both excellence and tenacity in the field of competitive sport.
Wilson started his football journey as a student-athlete at Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas.
Wilson received a perfect score of five stars across the board, making him not just the best defensive line prospect in the country but also the best player to come out of the deep pool of talent in Texas.
During his high school career, he recorded 71 tackles for loss and 42 sacks, and he was a key part of team Armour’s 24-21 triumph in the Under Armour All-America Game.
As a sought-after athlete, he had a lot of scholarship offers from institutions such as Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Alabama but chose Florida State instead.
Wilson made it to Florida State University and played three seasons of college football for the Florida State Seminoles.
After signing with the team as one of the most highly regarded prospects of the 2017 class, Wilson played in all 12 of the team’s remaining games. He finished the game with seven tackles, a half-tackle for loss, and one quarterback hurry.
