Trai Turner made his debut in National Football League in 2014 and has never backed down. The five times pro bowler was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft and signed a four-year rookie contract with the team.
Turner has so far played for three NFL teams and he is currently with the Washington Commanders.
Before going pro, Turner started his career at St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, Louisiana.
As an offensive tackle for their football team, he contributed to St. Augustine’s ability to rush for more than 300 yards per game on average.
Turner was selected for the 2011 PrepStar All-American team, the Blue Chip list of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, and the Baton Rouge Advocate’s Second Dozen.
Turner attended Louisiana State University in 2011 and immediately joined the LSU Tigers.
He redshirted as a freshman in 2011 but played in 12 games as a redshirt freshman, starting seven of them. He got his first start of the season at right guard in a victory over South Carolina. Turner finished in second place on the team with 51 pancake blocks despite playing 559 snaps.
