Jonathan Williams is an American football running back for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football at Arkansas and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
When asked about his time spent in high school, he stated that he was a native of Allen, Texas, and that he had attended Allen High School. During his time there, he racked up more than 3,500 yards rushing and a total of 39 touchdowns.
He was ranked as the 17th best running back prospect of his class, and drew comparisons to former Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner. Rivals.com gave him a rating of four stars and ranked him as a four-star recruit.
After having previously indicated that he might play college football for Missouri, on November 16, 2011, he announced his intention to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks instead.
