Nolan Laufenberg enters the world on March 25, 1999, in Castle Rock, Colorado. As a student at Castle View High School, he earned two basketball varsity letters and five football varsity letters
. In 2016, after his senior year of high school came to an end, he graduated and enrolled at the United States Air Force Academy, where he played football for the Falcons.
He took part in all 12 games he was a true freshman, starting nine of them and playing in every one of them. The 2020 season was shortened as a result of COVID-19, and he was only allowed to take part in six games.
He was honoured as a member of the first teams for both the Mountain West Conference and All-Colorado after the season was over.
The Denver Broncos decided to sign Laufenberg as an undrafted free agent because no team selected him in the 2021 NFL Draft.
He was obliged to have the Secretary of Defense of the United States’ approval to put off his military service by five years in order to play with Denver. He was relieved from his duties on August 24, 2021.
