Jonathon Cooper plays professional football as an outside linebacker for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He is also rather tall, standing at 1.93 m and weighing 117 kg. He played football for the Lincoln High School team. While attending Ohio State University, he played collegiate football for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
He took part in six games as a true freshman in 2016. He played in all 14 games in 2017, recording 15 tackles and three TFLs. Cooper was selected by the Denver Broncos with the 239th overall choice in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He committed to the Broncos in June 2021, when he signed a four-year rookie deal.
