In his first game at South Florida as a freshman in 2014, he tied the school record with 275 rushing yards. He established a freshman record for USF with 202 carries for 1,041 rushing yards and nine touchdowns in 12 starts.

Mack ran 29 times for 132 yards and grabbed three catches for 16 yards in a 19-13 victory in week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs. On October 24, 2022, the Denver Broncos signed Mack off the San Francisco 49ers’ practice squad.
