He completed his collegiate career with 98 catches for 1,187 yards over three seasons, 23 receiving touchdowns in just 33 games, and 23 receiving scores overall.
Okwuegbunam was taken 118th overall by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. After being placed on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury in October 2021, he was activated on October 30, 2021.
