American football offensive guard Dylan Parham was born on August 24, 1999, and he now plays for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL).
He received a football scholarship to the University of Memphis and was selected by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the NFL Draft in 2022.
Parham spent his childhood in Carrollton, Georgia, and graduated from Carrollton High School, where he participated in interscholastic athletics including track and field, basketball, and football.
His first position on the team was a linebacker, but he switched to tight end just before his final year. During his senior season, Parham was primarily utilized as a blocker.
Despite this, he was selected to be the first team of the All-Area after completing nine passes for 96 yards and one score, while the Carrollton Trojans achieved 4,200 yards of total offense.
Parham was considered a two-star recruit and made Memphis his collegiate football team of choice after committing to the Tigers.
While still a true freshman at Memphis, Parham switched positions on the offensive line after having previously played tight end.
During both his redshirt freshman year and his sophomore season with Memphis, he started all 14 of the team’s games.
After spending his first two years as a redshirt, Parham was promoted to the centre position during spring practices of his second year.
Before the start of the 2020 season, he had switched positions once more and now plays right tackle. During his redshirt senior year, he was honoured by the American Athletic Conference with a spot on the first-team All-AAC (AAC).
