Bradley Outside linebacker with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League, Austin Chubb is an American football player.
On June 24, 1996, Chubb was born. He played collegiate football for North Carolina State University until the Denver Broncos picked him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Chubb played a hybrid position between linebacker and defensive end at Hillgrove High School. He played a crucial role in the Hawks’ run to the Georgia 6A playoff quarterfinals as a senior.
He formally committed to attending North Carolina State University on June 24, 2013. Additional universities have made scholarship offers to Chubb, including Duke, West Virginia, Wake Forest, East Carolina and others.
Chubb’s minimal playing experience as a freshman was primarily used on special teams. He switched positions before the start of his sophomore season, going from outside linebacker to defensive end and into the lineup almost right away.
