Defensive tackle Christopher Deshun Jones plays for the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs. Jones, who joined the team in 2018, was born on July 3, 1994.
He played college football for Mississippi State and was chosen by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Jones attended Houston High School in Houston, Mississippi, and played football for the Houston High School Hilltoppers team.
As one of the top athletes in his graduating class and one of the greatest players overall, Jones was a five-star recruit. He has already committed to playing college football at Mississippi State University.
In 2013, Jones was a first-year student at Mississippi State. He took part in all 13 Bulldogs games, starting three of them. He was credited with three quarterback sacks in addition to 32 tackles.
As a sophomore, he participated in all 13 contests and finished the year with 26 tackles and three sacks. He participated in all 13 of the games he was a starter in as a junior, totalling 44 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Jones decided to forego his senior year of college and instead declare for the 2016 NFL Draft after finishing his junior year.
He received an invitation to the NFL Combine and participated, finishing the whole workout and all of the positional drills.
During the 40-yard dash, Jones’ clothing malfunctioned and made his genitalia visible. Before continuing the race, he collapsed to the ground to fix the issue. This soon propagated over every social media channel.
