Johnny Holland has only one supper bowl championship record, the Super Bowl XXXI.
Holland began his coaching career as a defensive quality control coach with the Green Bay Packers from 1995 to 1997, after retiring as a linebacker for the Green Bay Packers. In 1998, he became a special teams coach, and in 1999, he became a linebackers coach.
Following the 1995 and 1996 seasons, he helped lead the Packers to back-to-back NFC championships and an NFL championship in Super Bowl XXXI.

When the Packers defeated the Patriots by a score of 35–21, they earned their third Super Bowl triumph overall and their first since Super Bowl II. The Packers also increased their league record for the most overall NFL championships to 12, breaking the previous mark of 11.
It was also the last of the NFC’s 13 straight Super Bowl victories over the AFC, which ended with this victory. The game took place on January 26, 1997, at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was broadcast live on ESPN.
