Is Coach Andy Reid Married? Meet Tammy Reid – Andy Reid’s Wife

Andy Reid (Andrew Walter Reid) is an American football coach who is now the head coach of the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs (NFL). He previously served as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles from 1999 until 2012. Here’s an article on Andy Reid’s wife, Temmy Reid.

While Andy’s coaching achievements are well-known, some fans are intrigued about his personal life and the woman with whom he is married. Here’s more about Tammy Reid, his wife.

In the early 1980s, Andy met Tammy while they were both students at Brigham Young University, and the two began dating. Andy’s future bride was born into a Mormon household, whereas he “grew up a not-so-observant Lutheran.” Andy converted and became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints after meeting Tammy. On August 8, 1981, the couple married.

Tammy is a well-educated woman, and it’s interesting to note that Tam and Andy met in college. Andy and Tam also attended the same university, Brigham Young University. We learned from a reliable source that she was a good tennis teacher during her undergraduate years.

Tam’s post-college life is largely unknown, save for the fact that she is now the wife of legendary NFL coach Andy.

Tammy’s current employment status is unknown to us.  However, according to numerous reports, Tam worked as a Physics teacher before getting married. She is, without a doubt, a well-educated woman. However, there are no records of her working professionally after she married.

Britt, Spencer, Crosby, Garrett, and Drew Ann are Andy and Tammy’s children. But, life isn’t always easy, and tragedies sometimes occur; Tam lost her son Garrett in 2012. Without a question, this is the most difficult and devastating thing a mother can face.

Garrett also died as a result of a drug overdose. In addition, in 2007, their other son Britt was charged with a drug-related crime. Britt has now matured into a better guy, and he now works as a linebackers coach for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Despite the fact that this family has not yet recovered from the loss of their oldest son Garrett, they are attempting to retain him in their memories and move forward with happy memories.
