Peter Bowles (16 October 1936 – 17 March 2022) was an English actor of stage and television who starred in many great movies.
Born in London, England, Peter was fathered by Herbert Reginald Bowles, valet-companion and chauffeur to Drogo Montagu, son of the Earl of Sandwich.
Peter Bowles was said to have begun his acting career by taking up some minor characters in Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Troilus and Cressida and Richard II whiles working for Old Vic Company in 1956.
