Daniel Francisco Duarte is a Mexican professional baseball relief pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball who was signed by the Texas Rangers as an international free agent in 2013.
In 2015, he made his professional debut with the AZL Rangers, compiling a 5.68 ERA in four games. Duarte pitched in 12 games for the Dominican Summer League Rangers in 2016, going 6-3 with a 3.05 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 59.0 innings thrown.
Duarte was loaned to the Tigres de Quintana Roo of the Mexican League for the 2017 season on April 18, 2017. Duarte has a 6-1 record and a 1.96 ERA in 37 games for Quintana Roo.
