Bryce Harper is an American professional baseball right fielder for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Bryce Harper was recognized during his undergraduate career for breaking the school’s home run record. He was also named SWAC Player of the Year and Golden Spikes Award winner for his great performance.
Bryce has been recognized as one of the league’s finest growing players in a variety of categories since his arrival in the major leagues.
Harper won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 2012, his breakout season. In 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, he was named to the National League All-Star team six times.
Harper won the NL MVP and Silver Slugger awards in 2015 for being the top offensive player at his position. Harper has also gotten other smaller recognitions in addition to these awards.
He has 10 times been selected NL Player of the Month, Player of the Week, and Rookie of the Month.
In 2015, he earned the NL Hank Aaron Award for being the best hitter in his league, and in 2018, he won the Home Run Derby.
