This is, by far, the worst team in club history. Even the 1995 expansion team was better. By Week 10, the Jaguars had three victories and three losses greater than a touchdown. The 1995 Jaguars offensive was at the bottom of the league, while the 2012 Jaguars offense, total offense, and points are near the bottom.
This club lacked the talent to compete with even average NFL opponents on a weekly basis. Gene Smith’s team featured a few guys worth maintaining moving ahead. It required a complete makeover of key positions and the whole front offense.
