The Houston Texans are a Houston-based professional American football franchise. The Texans are a member of the United states Football Conference South division of the National Football League, and they play their home matches at NRG Stadium.
The top players in team history have been evenly distributed on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball, resulting in a balanced team. Only twice in NFL history have both the offense and defense made it to the final ten in both scoring and points allowed. Since 2011, the defense has placed in the top in scoring five times, while the offense has been in the top half of the league five times in same span.
