Laura later debunked the article and picture stating that was not her father. The 2008 Wimbledon Juniors Champion tweeted a statement to the Evening Standard that the man who was in the picture giving her a thumbs-up was not her father and was maybe a fan of hers or just a guy who liked to give positive affirmation to tennis players.
