César Augusto Hernández is a Venezuelan professional baseball second baseman who currently plays for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball.
His name is SAY-Zhir and he was born on May 23, 1990. He started his career with the Philadelphia Phillies and went on to play for the Cleveland Indians and the Chicago White Sox.
