Thomas Ross Stripling is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball.

On November 23, 1989, he was born in the United States (MLB). In 2016, he made his major league baseball debut with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and in 2018, he was named an All-Star.

After graduating from Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas, where he played baseball during his high school years, Stripling went on to play collegiate baseball at Texas A&M University.

On May 12, 2012, he pitched a perfect game for the Aggies against San Diego State and did not allow a single hit. He ended his senior year in 2012 with a record of 10–4 and a 3.08 earned run average in 16 starts.

Although the Colorado Rockies selected Stripling in the ninth round of the 2011 Major League Baseball draft, he did not end up signing with the team.

Ross Stripling was picked fifth overall by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012. He made the Southern League All-Star Game and concluded 2013 with AA Chattanooga.

He started sixth on the 2016 opening day roster. In his major league debut, Stripling threw 100 pitches over 7 1/3 innings without allowing a hit. One of his four walks off the relieving pitcher.
