Adrian Morejón Garcia (born February 27, 1999) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the San Diego Padres from Cuba. In 2019, he made his MLB debut.

Morejón was selected as the tournament’s Most Valuable Player at the 2014 15U Baseball World Cup. That year, he played with Mayabeque in the Cuban National Series. In October of 2015, he left Cuba.

In July 2016, Morejón signed an $11 million contract with the San Diego Padres. In 2017, he made his professional debut, pitching for both the Tri-City Dust Devils and the Fort Wayne TinCaps, earning a combined 3–4 win-loss record with a 3.86 earned run average (ERA) in 13 starts.

In 13 starts with the Lake Elsinore Storm in 2018, he went 4–4 with a 3.30 ERA.

He started the new year with the Amarillo Sod Poodles. Morejón has been nominated for the All-Star Futures Game for 2019.

The Padres picked Morejón’s contract and promoted him to the major leagues on July 21, 2019. That day, he made his major league debut against the Chicago Cubs. Morejón had a 2–2 record and a 4.66 ERA in nine games in 2020, striking out 25 batters in 19.1 innings (4 starts).

Morejón missed a start against the Texas Rangers on April 11, 2021, due to a left forearm discomfort. Morejón will have Tommy John surgery on April 20 and will miss the rest of the 2021 season, according to the team. Morejón was put on the 60-day injury list on April 23.
