Jason Raymond Alexander, an American professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball, was born on March 1, 1993. (MLB).
Alexander attended Cardinal Newman High School in Santa Rosa, California, then California State University, Long Beach, and Menlo College for his education.
Alexander signed as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Angels in 2017. Alexander progressed through the Angels’ minor league system from 2017 to 2019, and was released after the team’s 2020 season was canceled.
Alexander was then signed as a free agent by the Miami Marlins and played in their minor league system throughout the 2021 season. After the season, Alexander elected free agency and was signed by the Milwaukee Brewers.
Alexander started the season with the Triple-A Nashville Sounds, but was promoted to the Major Leagues on June 1, and made his debut later that day. Alexander’s older brother, Scott, is a pitcher in the San Francisco Giants organization and previously pitched for the Kansas City Royals and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
