American pitcher Peter J. Strzelecki plays for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball (MLB).
At the University of South Florida, Strzelecki played baseball in college. After the 2018 Major League Baseball draft, the Milwaukee Brewers signed him as an undrafted free agent.
He pitched for the Helena Brewers and the Arizona League Brewers in his debut professional season, with 27+1/3 innings pitched and a 5.52 earned run average (ERA).
In 59 innings of work in 2019, he pitched for the Carolina Mudcats and the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, compiling a 3.05 ERA.
Due of the COVID-19 pandemic, he did not participate in any minor league games in 2020. He pitched for the Biloxi Shuckers and the Nashville Sounds when he came back for the 2021 minor-level season.
He threw in 40 games for the two teams, going 0-2 with a 3.46 ERA. Prior to the Brewers selecting him for their main league roster on May 30, 2022, he spent the first part of the 2022 season with Nashville.

With two brothers and a sister, Strzelecki grew up in Boynton Beach, Florida. Early on, he began playing baseball, and subsequently, as a dual-sport athlete, he also played football and basketball in high school.
