Elvis Antonio Peguero, simply called Elvis Peguero is a Dominican professional baseball player known to play as a pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels baseball team of Major League Baseball (MLB). Elvis is 1.96m tall.

Elvis was born in the town of Cotui in the Dominican Republic. He was signed in 2015 by the New York Yankees as an international free agent. He then started playing baseball professionally. In the 2016 minor league season, the Yankees assigned him to play with the Dominican Summer League Yankees.

He spent the following season playing for the Gulf Coast League Yankees. During the 2018 season, he was assigned to spend the season with the GCL Yankees. His 2019 season was spent with the Pulaski Yankees where he made 15 appearances for them.

There was no game to be played in the 2020 minor league season as the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the season was resumed in 2021, Elvis played for the High-A Hudson Valley Renegades.

He made 15 appearances for Hudson Valley, going 3–1 with a 2.51 ERA and 40 strikeouts. On July 6, 2021, Peguero was assigned to the Double-A Somerset Patriots

The Yankees traded him in July 2021 to the Los Angeles Angels. The Angels promoted him to the major leagues that year and he made his MLB debut on August 26 for the Angels when they faced the Baltimore Orioles.
