Max Robert Stassi, simply called Max Stassi is a professional baseball player currently with the Los Angeles Angels baseball team. He plays the position of a catcher for the team. He has a height of 1.78 m and weighs 93 kg.

He was selected by the Oakland Athletics in the 2009 MLB draft. He chose to sign with them instead of going to college. After he signed with the Athletics, he was given $1.5 million as a signing bonus. That season, he made his professional debut with the Vancouver Canadians of the Class A-Short Season Northwest League.

During the 2010 season, he was assigned to spend the season with the Kane County Cougars of the Class A Midwest League. The Athletics made him spend the 2011 minor league season with the Stockton Ports of the Class A-Advanced California League. He was traded to the Houston Astros in February 2013.

The Astros promoted him to the major leagues for the first time in August 2013 and he made his MLB debut on August 20 that year. He was traded to the Los Angeles Angels in July 2019. In March 2022, the Astros and Max agreed to a three-year contract extension worth $17.5 million.
