Taylor is a professional baseball player from the United States (MLB). Jones had his high school education at Kentwood in Covington, Washington, where he participated in the sports of basketball and baseball.
As a senior in 2012, he led them to the 4A baseball state title, which they won. Regrettably, his name was not named in the Major League Baseball draft in 2012, and he did not get picked. As a direct consequence of this, decided to enroll at Gonzaga University, where he continued his baseball career at the collegiate level.
In the 19th round of the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft, Jones was selected by the Houston Astros. Jones has no record of Jones signing with a Major League Baseball team after he was picked by the Cubs in the 35th round in 2015.

In his junior year of high school, he narrowed his concentration to hitting and first base. He had a.358 batting average, five home runs and thirty RBIs in 44 games, good for first-team All-WCC honours.
