Adam Shaheen Height: How Tall Is Adam Shaheen?

Adam Shaheen is a tight end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was born on October 24, 1994, in Galena, Ohio. While attending Big Walnut High School in Sunbury, Ohio, he participated in football. He played college basketball for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown for one season.

He transferred to Ashland University in 2014 and immediately joined the football squad. Throughout his career, he hauled in 129 passes for 1,755 yards and 26 touchdowns. Following the 2016 season, Shaheen made the decision to forgo his senior year and enter the 2017 NFL Draft. In the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft, he was selected by the Chicago Bears.

The Chicago Bears signed Shaheen to a four-year, $5.91 million contract in May 2017 that included a $2.43 million signing bonus and a $3.17 million guarantee. He participated in his first regular-season game as a pro in the Chicago Bears’ season opener. In September 2017, he received his first career start, and on Mike Glenn’s two-yard touchdown pass, he caught his first career catch.

In July 2020, Shaheen was traded to the Miami Dolphins for a conditional seventh-round selection. In Week 5’s matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, he scored his first touchdown with the Dolphins. On October 28, 2020, Shaheen and the Dolphins reached a deal on a two-year, $7.65 million contract.
