Texas Rangers pitcher Albert Enmanuel Abreu Daz is a Dominican professional baseball player (MLB). At one point in his career, he was a Yankees outfielder.

In August 2013, Abreu signed as an international free agent with the Houston Astros. He debuted professionally in 2014 with the Dominican Summer League Astros, with a 3–2 record with a 2.78 earned run average (ERA) in 14 games.

He began 2016 with the Quad Cities River Bandits, posting a 2–8 record and 3.50 ERA before being promoted to the Lancaster JetHawks, where he concluded the season, going 1–0 with a 5.40 ERA in three games.

The Astros traded Abreu and Jorge Guzmán to the New York Yankees for Brian McCann on November 17, 2016.

He pitched for the Charleston RiverDogs, Tampa Yankees, and GCL Yankees in 2017, earning a combined 2–3 record with a 3.38 ERA in 53.1 innings thrown.

After the 2017 season, the Yankees added him to their 40-man roster. On August 8, 2020, Abreu made his MLB debut.

Abreu and Robert Ahlstrom were sent to the Texas Rangers in exchange for catcher Jose Trevino on April 2, 2022, as part of a deal that involved the Yankees.
