Baron Browning is a linebacker for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He participated in collegiate football at Ohio State.

Browning recorded 14 tackles in 12 games while a true freshman at Ohio State in 2017. He started three of the 12 games during his sophomore season in 2018, recording 24 tackles and one sack.

He played in 12 games again as a junior in 2019, finishing with 43 tackles and 5 sacks. Browning was moved from middle to outside linebacker for his senior year at Ohio State in 2020. Browning was chosen 105th overall by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year rookie contract with Denver on July 22, 2021.

The Ohio State linebacker had great pass-rush abilities during training camp. Throughout Denver’s 17-7 preseason victory over the Dallas Cowboys, he kept up the tempo.

The Denver Broncos selected Browning in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, 105th overall. On July 22, 2021, he agreed to a four-year rookie deal with Denver.
