Ben Bredeson was born in Hartland, Wisconsin, on February 20, 1998.
He plays linebacker for the NFL. He made the varsity team his freshman year at Arrowhead High School.
He was chosen for the first team of the state team as a junior. He was once more selected to the All-State first team as a senior, while MaxPreps and USA Today also named him to their first-team All-American squad.

Bredeson was selected to play in the 2016 Under Armour All-America Game as one of the top high school seniors in the country.

The Baltimore Ravens selected Bredeson in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft (143rd overall). Bredeson was dealt to the New York Giants on August 31, 2021, along with a 2022 fourth-round selection, a 2023 seventh-round pick, and a 2022 fifth-round pick.
