Ben Powers is an American born professional football player who plays as an offensive guard for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He has a height of 1.93 m and weighs 141 kg. He was born in the city of Wichita in Kansas in the United States of America.
He had his high school education and football career at Kapaun Mt. Carmel. Whiles there, he got varsity letters in football and wrestling and finished second in the state wrestling finals. As a junior in high school, he played both on the offensive line and defensive line.
When he completed high school, he spent a year at Butler Community College. After he left Butler, he played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners football team at the University of Oklahoma where he was enrolled in. During the 2018 football season, Powers was named a consensus first-team All-American.
He was drafted by the Baltimore in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The Ravens added him to their active roster and later placed him on the inactive list for the first sixteen weeks of his rookie season. He made his NFL debut in Week 17 of the season and played the majority of snaps at right guard in the Ravens’ win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
