The Cégep du Vieux Montréal served as both his high school and football fields of study. After graduating from high school, he was given a scholarship to play for the University of Michigan’s Michigan Wolverines.

As a freshman in 2017, he participated in 12 games for the Wolverines before sitting out as a sophomore due to a hamstring injury. In 2019, he switched to the University of Minnesota as a graduate student after earning his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Michigan in just two years.

He continued his football career while spending two years as a member of the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Golden Gophers football team, appearing in 18 games and compiling 59 tackles. St-Juste was selected by the Washington Commanders Football Team with the 74th overall selection in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Later, the Toronto Argonauts selected him in the sixth round of the 2021 CFL Draft.
