For the Washington Commanders of the National Football League, Benjamin St-Juste plays cornerback professionally. He weighs 91 kg and is 1.91 m tall. The Cégep du Vieux Montréal served as both his high school and football fields of study. After graduating from high school, he was given a scholarship to play for the University of Michigan’s Michigan Wolverines.
As a freshman in 2017, he participated in 12 games for the Wolverines before sitting out as a sophomore due to a hamstring injury. In 2019, he switched to the University of Minnesota as a graduate student after earning his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Michigan in just two years.
He continued his football career while spending two years as a member of the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Golden Gophers football team, appearing in 18 games and compiling 59 tackles. St-Juste was selected by the Washington Commanders Football Team with the 74th overall selection in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year rookie contract with the Commanders in May 2021, and he made his NFL debut against the Los Angeles Chargers in the first game of that season. He made four tackles but also allowed six catches, which led to a 20-16 loss, and the Commanders also selected him in the draft.
