Blayne Enlow, full name Blayne Chanlar Enlow is an American born professional baseball player who plays as a pitcher for the Minnesota Twins baseball team. He was born on March 21, 1999 in Sorrento, Louisiana in the USA.
Blayne played baseball in high school at St. Amant High School in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. After high school, he had wanted to play college baseball at the Louisiana State University (LSU) for the LSU Tigers but he chose to sign with the Minnesota Twins when they drafted him in the third round of the 2017 MLB draft.
After he signed, he was given a $2 million signing bonus. He made his professional debut that year with the Gulf Coast Twins of the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League. During the 2018 minor league season, he was assigned to the Cedar Rapids Kernels of the Class A Midwest League.
He played for the Cedar Rapids in 2019 and was promoted during the season to the Fort Myers Miracle of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League. Blayne did not play a minor league game in 2020 as the season was cancelled becausTwin’sthe COVID-19 pandemic. He was added to the Twins 40-man roster in November 2021 after they selected his contract.
