Bradley Austin Miller (born October 18, 1989) is an American professional baseball shortstop and outfielder for the Major League Baseball Texas Rangers (MLB).



He formerly played for the Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays, Milwaukee Brewers, Cleveland Indians, Philadelphia Phillies, and St. Louis Cardinals in Major League Baseball.

Miller grew up in Windermere, Florida, playing Little League baseball before attending Olympia High School, where he was the team’s shortstop.



Despite being drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 2008 MLB Draft, Miller decided to play collegiate baseball with the Clemson Tigers.

In 2011, as a junior, he received the Brooks Wallace Award, which is presented yearly to the greatest shortstop in collegiate baseball. Miller was also chosen to the US national collegiate baseball team twice, appearing in the 2009 World Baseball Challenge and the 2010 World University Baseball Championship.

Miller agreed to terms with the Phillies on a one-year, $3.5 million contract extension that will begin on February 17, 2021. On May 25, 2021, Miller hit his 100th career home run against Shawn Morimando of the Miami Marlins.
