Brandon Stephens is a free safety for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 1.85 meters tall and 98 kg in weight.He was brought up in Plano, Texas, and attended high school there as well. He ran for 1,389 yards and 15 touchdowns as a senior, earning him All-State recognition.

After high school, he enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he played NCAA football for the UCLA Bruins. Stephens began playing running back in college at UCLA. After playing in just two games as a junior and graduating in three years, Stephens decided to leave the program.

Stephens transferred to SMU as a graduate student and was instantly eligible to play. The SMU coaching staff moved him to cornerback after discussing with head coach Sonny Dykes in the offseason. He was promoted to the starting lineup in his first year with the group, and he led SMU with 12 interceptions.

As a redshirt senior, he recorded 43 tackles, breaking 10 passes and intercepting one. He was taken by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 104th overall pick. In July 2021, Stephens agrees to a four-year rookie contract with the Ravens.
