Bryan Cook is an American football safety for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on September 7, 1999.

Cook was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and went to Mount Healthy High School there. He made 35 tackles, three interceptions, and a fumble recovery in nine games as a senior while also catching four passes for 110 yards and three touchdowns.

He was voted first-team All-Southwest Ohio Conference. Cook started his collegiate playing career with the Howard Bison. Over the course of two seasons, he participated in 21 games as a cornerback for Howard.
