It so happens that Cameron “Cam” Brown plays linebacker in the National Football League for the New York Giants. He is 1.96 m tall and 106 kg in weight. After transferring from James Hubert Blake High School, he played high school football as a linebacker at Bullis School. In the Big 33 Game, he was chosen as the Maryland MVP, and he participated in the 2016 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl.

In three seasons, he made 260 tackles, earning first team all-conference honors as a junior. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, where he played NCAA football for the Nittany Lions of Penn State. He played in 12 games with two starts as a true freshman.

In 2017 as a sophomore, he made 13 appearances, making 12 starts. He finished fifth on the team, had a career-high 63 tackles, and had three forced fumbles, which led the team. As a senior, he made a total of 13 appearances and started 12 of his games. He was also selected to serve as team captain. He participated in 51 games while at Penn State, starting 26 of those games.

He was also selected for the Big Ten third team. The New York Giants selected Brown in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft with the 183rd overall choice. In September 2021, he was placed on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury. He became active on October 16, 2021.
