American football cornerback Cameron Lewis plays for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 13, 1997, in the United States. He is 83 kg and 1.75 m tall. In his hometown, he attended Consortium College Prep. He was given scholarship offers to play college football at Toledo and Western Michigan after high school, but he decided to enroll at the University at Buffalo instead.
From 2015 to 2018, he was a member of the Buffalo Bulls football team. After making two interceptions against Temple in September 2018, he was named the Mid-American Conference East Defensive Player of the Week. In the 2019 NFL Draft, Lewis was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent. On August 31, 2019, he was released, and the following day, he was added to the practice squad.
In January 2020, he agreed to a reserve/future deal with the Bills. He was released by the Bills on September 5, 2020, and the following day he was added to the practice squad. He was added to the active roster on September 12, 2020, in time for the team’s season opener against the New York Jets, where he made his NFL debut. Lewis was released by the Bills on August 31, 2021, and the following day he was re-signed to the practice squad. On November 11, 2021, he was added to the active roster.
