Cameron Lewis is a cornerback with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. On April 13, 1997, he was born in Detroit, Michigan, in the United States. He is 1.75 m tall and 83 kg. He attended Consortium College Prep in his hometown. After graduating from high school, he had scholarship offers to play college football at Toledo and Western Michigan, but he chose to enroll at the University at Buffalo.
He played football for the Buffalo Bulls from 2015 until 2018. In September 2018, he was recognized as the Mid-American Conference East Defensive Player of the Week after making two interceptions against Temple. Lewis was an undrafted free agent that was signed by the Buffalo Bills in the 2019 NFL Draft. He was let go on August 31, 2019, and the next day he was added to the practice squad.
He and the Bills reached an agreement on a reserve/future contract in January 2020. On September 5, 2020, the Bills released him, and the next day they signed him to their practice squad. In time for the team’s season opener against the New York Jets on September 12, 2020, he was added to the active roster. This was his first NFL game. On August 31, 2021, Lewis was cut by the Bills, and the next day he was re-signed to the practice squad. He was added to the list of players that were currently playing in November 2021.
