Rodriguez is a native of Texas, where he was born and raised. She won Miss Teen USA and Miss Texas beauty pageants there, launching her pageant career.

Given that her grandmother and mother both competed in the same way, this isn’t surprising. Rodriguez afterward attended Texas A&M International University to further his education.

She worked with her parents at their family-owned companies while also juggling her academic duties, according to a Latin Times article from when she competed for Miss Texas USA 2016.
